1 Consulting & Engineering (The Foundation)

    Before the ground-breaking ceremony takes place, our engineers ensure technical clarity during Phase 1. We use state-of-the-art software to plan and dimension your systems in a future-proof manner.

    • Planning & Calculation: Network calculations using NEPLAN, switchgear sizing in accordance with IEC 865 and comprehensive approval procedures.
    • Detailed engineering: Primary and secondary technical design using leading CAE tools such as EPLAN, RUPLAN, ELCAD and ECSCAD.
    • Protection concepts: Development of intelligent protection and field control technology for maximum plant safety.

2 Installation & Commissioning (Implementation)

    In Phase 2, our highly qualified installation teams ensure that the plans are implemented on site.

    • Precision installation: Professional electrical installation and complex cable connection work up to 36 kV using all standard connection techniques.
    • Commissioning: Systematic system checks, protection testing and final commissioning to ensure smooth grid operation.

3 Service & Diagnostics (Maintaining Value)

    We support your installations throughout Phase 3 for decades. Using state-of-the-art diagnostic methods, we identify weak points before they become a problem.

    • Condition analysis: High-voltage tests (HV tests) and partial discharge measurements (PD measurements) on MV systems and transformers.
    • Maintenance: Regular cable tests, maintenance services and fault management.
