Code of Conduct
Guiding Principles
Anti-Corruption Policy

As a service provider for transmission and distribution system operators as well as for public-sector clients, we are obliged to comply with the guidelines set by our customers. Their compliance requirements play a very important role in our daily work as well. This led to the development of a Code of Conduct for the Cteam Group, serving as a “business card of values” for the entire organization.

Consulting clients agreeing on contracts for Cteam construction and industrial projects.

For many rules and values, it is simply taken for granted within the Cteam Group that they are already practiced every day. The Code of Conduct therefore serves as a written summary of how we act.

For all of us, this set of rules provides confidence in behaving in accordance with the principles of the Cteam Group as well as the applicable regulations and laws.

In short: What is allowed and what is not?

The reputation of the Cteam Group among our customers, the public, and our partners is crucial to the success of the company. Each of us contributes to how the Cteam Group is perceived externally—every day, in every role, through our work. We want to present ourselves as a reliable partner.

Scope of Application:

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the Cteam Group. Our managers act as role models. Our business partners are likewise expected to adhere to these principles.

Reporting of Concerns:

For reporting violations of our Code of Conduct or the Anti-Corruption Policy, Mr. René Mattersberger can be contacted at the following email address: Rene.Mattersberger@cteam-leitungsbau.at

Sometimes it may be necessary to involve an intermediary between internal or external whistleblowers and the company—for example, to lower barriers for those wishing to report concerns. In such cases, you may contact our external and neutral ombudspersons, Attorney Dr. Stefan Meßmer and Attorney Christine Ostwald of the law firm Baker Tilly. The ombudspersons receive reports and review them. Upon request, they ensure the confidential handling of the whistleblower’s identity. Reports can also be submitted anonymously:

External Federal Reporting Offices

The German federal government has established three external reporting offices:

  • The primary responsible authority is the Federal External Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz).
  • For reports concerning financial supervision, insurance companies, or the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes), the appropriate external reporting office is the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
  • Reports relating to antitrust matters can be submitted to the whistleblower office of the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamtes).

Further information, for example on the processing of reports and notifications, can be found in our procedural rules and the corresponding data protection information.
